Results may vary depending on hair length, thickness, and severity of infestation. No product alone can guarantee complete removal of head lice. For best results, products should be used as per the directions on the bottles. 

1/Head lice treatment must be applied first to dry hair (massage into the entire scalp, concentrating behind ears and back of neck, let sit for 30 minutes, prior to combing out lice and nits, from the scalp down, preferably in sections to ensure complete coverage and removal, the treatment should remain on the hair for a minimum of 4 hours or overnight) with a shower cap or hair turbin (much nicer) and used in conjunction with thorough combing and removal of head lice and nits.

2/Rinse and Wash out with the Shampoo, to remove any leftover dead lice, nits and debris, thouroughly rinse

3/ Apply the Conditioner, massage in to soothe the scalp, comb through, rinse out prior to towel drying or blowdry. 

4/ Apply the preventative spray, thouroughly, concentrating on the scalp region and combing through to ends, to reduce the likelihood of re-infestation.  No Head Lice product is 100% guarenteed, dependent on correct application, methods, infestation and associated health and safety procedures of cleaning, washing, soft toys, beddings, hair brushes, hats, helments and treating all members of the family unimously.
